If this rule is on, users of a group can  send any messages to MyChat text conferences. This rule spreads not only on messages but on images, files, and any other objects too. In other words, if you disable this rule, then all conferences becomes "read only".

 

MyChat Client changes, the chat closes the field for message input, and displays a notifications at the bottom of the program:

 

By default, the rule is enabled.
