After tapping on the button on the main screen, the search bar appears:

Start typing a user's name, email, or UIN. The results are displayed in the list below the search bar.
 

Tapping on the setting button displays a menu with additional settings:

This menu contains sorting order options by a name, email, or last login time. Also, there is a configuration for displaying all found matches (by default, up to 20 entries).
