MyChat Server error #70007: user with UIN XXX is blocked

 

Error description

Attempt to authorize a user that has a blocked account.

 

Problem solution

Check the user status in his personal account on MyChat Server in Users. It will be highlighted in red color in the common list:

In the account profile, on the opposite of "Enabled" will be specified "No":

To unblock the user account select "Yes" and save changes.
