MyChat Scripts Engine: Message history

Scripts Engine functions to work with message history, logs, and MyChat Server protocols.

mRemoveConfs	complete deletion of conference history on the server and clients;
mRemovePrivateHistory	delete history for a range of time on the server and clients (for all users or selected only);
mRemovePrivates	complete removing of all private messages history on the server and client applications.
