MyChat has two default rights groups for users that can't be deleted or renamed. You can assign any rights set for these two groups.

 

Guests

All new registered users are got here. You can leave them in this group or transfer them to another. If you delete any rights group that already contains users — all of them will get in the rights group "Guests".

 

WEB Guests

Basically, it is the same group as Guests. The main difference is that this group contains all users from the website support chat.
