"Logs": MyChat console command for opening folder with logs

Open a folder in Windows Explorer to work with MyChat Client logs.

Windows Explorer opens a folder with logs of the current day.

In Windows XP it is "C:\Documents and Settings\[user_name]\Local Settings\Application Data\MyChat Client\logs\[yyyy\mm\dd]\

In Windows Vista and higher: C:\Users\[user_name]\Local Settings\MyChat Client\logs\[yyyy\mm\dd]\
