Connecting to MyChat FTP server via third-party FTP clients
You can connect to MyChat Server using any FTP client.
There is a couple of important things you should follow:
- anonymous account are not supported. You need to use the public or personal account;
- you need to work in a passive mode only (PASV);
- UTF-8 encoding;
- If you connect to MyChat FTP server with NAT do not forget to write your external IP address for connection in the server's settings.
