MyChat Client for Android saves the logs of all important events (connection, errors, important informational messages).


Two ways to find these logs:

  1. in the application's settings, the section "About", use buttons for viewing logs for current date, or the option to open the folder with logs for choosing the date you need. A log opens in the internal viewer, there is a button for copying the text to the clipboard at the bottom of the screen;
  2. use any file manager to open an internal memory, the path is /MyChat Mesenger/logs/date/

Traffic logging

In case you need full traffic logging, enable it in the settings.

The logs store all the network activity in the application. Notice, that this file will increase in size rapidly, that is why it is important to turn this configuration off as soon as the problem is solved and you no longer need the log.
