Error #0209: the server has exceeded the maximum number of allowed connections
Error description
Any connection to MyChat Server (a chat on any OS or browser, website chat, console utility for sending messages, IntegrationAPI, forum, Kanban board, or Admin Panel) need a separate connection.
A number of concurrent connections is limited by your license for the server (license policy, par. 4)
Problem solution
Reduce the number of busy connections or purchase a required amount of licenses on your server.
Find out which user takes server's connections and how on Admin Panel, the section "MyChat Server", "Online users".
To enter the server Admin Panel when there is no free connection, press the button "Administration" in MyChat Server GUI application:
