Error description

No access to the tool for deleting messages in conferences in MyChat Admin console.

 

Problem solution

Enable the rule "Deleting messages from conferences logs" for a user Rights Group in the section "Rights Control" -> "Permission groups" -> "Access to the server control functions" -> "Tools" -> "Protocols"
