Error #0238: you cannot register from this HardwareID address anymore

 

Error description

There is a limitation on user accounts registration number from the same HardwareID. You exceeded the limit.

 

Problem solution

Remove or increase limitation in the server settings in Admin console, section "Settings", "Additionally", "Limitation on registration from the same IP/MAC/HardwareID address".
