Error #0242: your HardwareID is blocked

 

Error description

The server denied connection because your HardwareID in the block list.

 

Problem solution

Each computer, from which a user connects, calculates a special HardwareID. It's a unique identifier and depends on parameters of a microprocessor and HDD/SSD serial number. To connect to the server, you need to remove your HardwareID from the list of blocked addresses in Admin Panel, the tool "Filters", "HadrwareID filters".

 

To see your HardwareID, run the console command "hwid".
