you can't open a private dialogue with the user UIN XXX because he is not included in the WEB support operators list

 

Error description

In the address bar you specified a user UIN that is not in the list of people who are assigned as website support operators.

 

Problem solutions

If an address line was not changed manually by a user, then you need to check if the corresponding user UIN is in the list of website support operators (under construction).
