Error

Error #0343: user UIN XXX can't join the conference UID YYY due to punishment
 

Error description

A user with specified identifier(UIN) can't enter the conference because of ban applied by the server's administrator.

 
Problem solution

There can be one or several bans, and the server disables them when the punishment period ends. The list of punishments is visible on Admin Panel, the section "Users", "Banned users". 


You can unban a user before the period ends to allow a user to join the conference.
