Kanban— is a simple an effective methodology for managing projects.

It was invented in Japan by the Toyota company.  カンバン (kamban) is the system for organizing production and supplies that allows to make everything happen "just in time". The word "kamban" means "billboard" (Japanese — 看板); in financial environment we have a variant with wrong transcription in Latin (kanban).

Any project is divided into stages, and stages into tasks. Tasks are assigned to performers. During the working process a performer move tasks from one stage to another (for example, from "In process" to "Checking").

All notifications are made automatically.

Kanban is helpful because it's easy to implement it in a company; the interface is simple — you can figure out everything in 10 minutes and start working immediately.
