The procedure for firing company employees is a complex operation. You can simply delete the account, but this is not always convenient.

 

As a rule, the most correct solution is to block the account for one of several users so they can't connect to the server. But besides blocking the tool for firing users do the following things:

 

  1. A user disconnects from the server; all client applications shut down on all operating systems.
  2. An account gets blocked.
  3. A user deletes from the common contact list.
  4. Personal contact lists of this users gets deleted.
  5. A user deletes from all personal contacts of other users.
  6. A user gets deletes from all groups (common and personal).
  7. A user deletes from all private dialogues in client applications of other people.

 

To fire several employees at once, select their accounts in the common list using Ctrl or Shift.

 

Also, this operation works in MyChat Client, but only if allowed by rights.
