Error #0017: a user with this UIN (XXX) is not registered on the server

 

Error description

A lot of MyChat functions require a unique user ID. If you see this error, it means that MyChat databases are corrupted or your program sends incorrect data on the server.

 

Problem solution

Check if a user with such UIN does exist . Admin Panel "Users", "Users list".
