Error #0023: you cannot choose nickname "XXX", it is reserved

 

Error description

When registering a new user in MyChat Client or in Admin Panel on MyChat Server you chose a reserved name or built-in bot name (UIN=0, "Elisa" by default or another name specified by an administrator).

 

Problem solution

•Choose another user nickname.

•Remove name from the list of reserved ones.

•Rename a built-in bot if a new user name matches with the bot's name.
