Error #0080: invalid password to connect to the server

 

Error description

Incorrect (or unspecified) security password for connection to MyChat Server.

 

Problem solution

This is not a user password. Security password is for limitation of free connection to MyChat enterprise server from external networks (for example, over the Internet. You must specify this password in properties for the server connection.


You can always view the security password on Admin Panel to check yourself for mistakes (incorrect encoding, CapsLock, etc.).
