Error #0253: not enough rights to redirect private dialogues

 

Error description

You can't forward a private dialogue to another person because you do not have rights.

 

Problem solution

Enable the rule that allows forwarding incoming private dialogues to other users in Admin Panel, the section "Common", "Dialog redirection".
