Error #9997: client profile file (mcprofile.dat) is not found!

 

Error description

MyChat Client profile template file is missing. The file mcprofile.dat is located next to mcclient.exe and used for creating user profile when you launch MyChat Client for the first time, or whenn you restore corrupted files (by using the command restore, for example).

 

Problem solution

1.Launch MyChat Client installation; the installer will restore the file mcprofile.dat.

2.Run MyChat Client.
