Error #9999: client profile file (mcprofile.dat) is corrupted or unavailable!

 

Error description

MyChat Client profile template file is corrupted or unavailable.

 

Problem solution

•If a file is not occupied by another application in a monopoly mode (for example, antivirus): launch MyChat installation and the installer will restore the file mcprofile.dat.

•if the file is occupied: find out by which program (use the utility Process Monitor).
