Error #15: the user is blocked
Error description
When connecting a user to the server his account turned out to be blocked
Problem solution
If a user is blocked it means that his account exists but unavailable right now.
How did it happen?
1.An administrator can block an account manually in "User management".
2.An administrator or moderator blocked another user for a misbehavior from a context menu "Administration".
3.The server blocked a user in automatic mode due to his inactivity (a user has not connected for some time).
To allow user to connect you should enable his account in "User management":
