Error #0042: the public FTP server is down

Error description

You are trying to get data over the public access to MyChat file server, but it is off.

Problem solution

By default, built in FTP server on MyChat Server is enabled and work on TCP ports from 20 000 to 20 100. There is a user for public access with login "mcuser" and password "mychat". MyChat Client can request these data for work, when you, for example, visit the link on public FTP in the chat.

If the server administrator disables FTP, you will get this error.

Enable FTP server in settings for MyChat Admin console.
