Error description

An error occurred while trying to change the name of a group in the list of personal contacts: not enough rights for this operation.

 

Problem solution

Check if the rule is enabled on the server, the section "Rights control", "Permission groups", "Contacts", "Personal contacts panel changing" in the rights group where your user is, or move them to a group where this rule is on.
